How To Use:

FOR VAGINAL USE ONLY! 

Insert vaginally at bedtime for 7-14 days to balance yeast and bacteria.

You may benefit from using after sex (semen has a pH of 7.1-8), during the last days of your period (pH of 7.4), or when you experience other hormone imbalances.

Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we recommend you wear a thin pad to protect your undies) but understand that this is normal.
